Reservation Procedure:
For Monthly contract: 1 month rental Payment + Tk. 25,000 Refundable Security Deposit is required.
For less than a Month contract: Full Payment + 50% of rent for Security Deposit.

Cash ($, Pound, Taka) or Advice your Visa/ Master Credit Card Number and Expiry Date only to secure your room/ apartment.
