Reservation Procedure:
For Yearly contract: 1 month rent in advance + 3 month rental of Refundable Security Deposit is required.
For Monthly contract: 1 month rent in advance+ Tk. 25,000 Refundable Security Deposit is required.
For less than a Month contract: Full Payment + 50% of rent for Security Deposit.
For Reservation we accept:
Cash ($, Pound, Taka) or Advice your Credit Card Details for reservation. (3% Bank handling charge involves on card payment)
